Why was my order cancelled?
We will not process your order and will cancel it in the following cases.
- We would like to inform you that in order to prevent fraudulent orders, we will not process any orders where the billing address and shipping address are not the same after October 2024.
- For international orders, if you do not pay the imported tax or duties at check out, we cannot process your order.
- The Shopify patform we use has a fraud alert system with three levels: Low, Medium, and High. We would like to inform you that we do not process any orders where we find a risk higher than Medium.
- For card payments, we require you to specify the street number of the billing address and the zip code. If you omit these, your order may be cancelled when you proceed with the order.
- If some of the ordered products are out of stock or required shipping address verification, we will contact the customer in three steps: text message, calling, and email. If there is no response within 24 hours, the order will be canceled.
- If our fraud alert system found some characteristics of your order are similar to fraudulent orders observed in the past or your shipping address is far from of your location of IP address, your order may be canceled.
