Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. It takes normally 2 to 3 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and reshipping fee in order to ship your exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping fee we sent including free shipping fee as well will be deducted from your refund as restocking fee.
- If the package is missing during delivery, we will take responsibility and issue a refund. However, if the package is lost even after the tracking information confirms delivery, we cannot issue any refund and this is the full responsibility of the buyer. We recommend that customers who are concerned about this issue to purchase signature confirmation.
Partial Shipment
If you placed an order for multiful products and if we have some out of stock or shipping from a different location, customers can choose partial shipment. Then we will refund items and save shipping fees. The refund takes 2-3 business days to go back into your account.
